      The head of company brings the hell out of you. You need to be a complete nerd and yet you ultimately get in return is dissatisfaction. There is always a state of mental burden when the head is around!!!

      Pros

      Even though the company is small in size but it's a great place to learn the industry standards. The companies lead developers are very experienced and willing to share their experiences. Kratin has nurtured and maintained a good culture and that adds up to the value of working here.

      Cons

      Being a startup sometimes you have to dedicate more than expected time and hard work.
