      Pros

      Working at Lindal for the past few weeks has been a great delight for me. The Organisation is well structured and the team I am working with has made my integration into the Company smooth and interesting. I am happy to e here.

      Cons

      So far, my experience has been great starting from onboarding with HR team and integration into the team by my supervisor and warm welcome I got from the entire Engineering and Production teams has been second to none.

      Pros

      The staff is very welcoming! The hours are great! They are very understanding is something outside of work that they will allow to address that issue.

      Cons

      When our machine go down we don’t have like a light or something that will allow us to signal a tech to come over and fix it.
