      Great team... awful company leadership - Consultant LRQA Group Employee Review

      Pros

      Some autonomy to try new things, very kind and intelligent team members in the NYC consulting group (though most were laid off, so few of those people are employees at this time)

      Cons

      Incompetent, careless upper leadership, surprising amount of bureaucracy for a company of this size, severe struggles with managing a global organization, readily misleads clients and exaggerates company expertise, little to no support for employees beyond their manager and maybe 1 level up, seemingly intentionally setting up employees to fail then blaming them for leadership's lack of ability,

      I come to work every day excited to work with an amazing set of colleagues, an impressive set of clients and brands, and I'm proud of the solutions we provide to our clients to help them manage their risks - from ESG, Responsible Sourcing, Cybersecurity, Food Safety, and QHSE just to name a few. Being part of the LRQA team means every employee has a voice, every idea is welcome, and collaboration is key. If you're a driven professional looking to make a difference, focused on delivering results, with high energy who is proactive, thrives while working at pace, and excited to work with an amazing team, LRQA is a great organization to work for.

      Work-life balance is encouraged but can be a challenge because we have so much to achieve. Ultimately, it is up to each individual to set and stick to their working hours.

      Great list of clients, people are genuinely passionate at what they do, hybrid work model.

      Cons

      Employee bandwidth overload which causes burnout, employee turnover rate increasing, leadership are cold and uninspiring, demoralizing, frequent org changes
