      Pros

      Upper management was easy to work with.

      Cons

      Extremely unexperienced lower management creates poor turn around for clients and poor team moral. Account managers over promise to clients, and fail to communicate important project details to remaining team members until the last minute. No benefits. Low salary. Be prepared for a highly competitive environment. Loss of largest client resulted in multiple layoffs.

      LSM is a truly flexible company, which is ideal for me as a working mom. LSM empowers me to be autonomous, and provides a culture that is laid back and team centric.

      Being a small agency, workloads can sometimes feel overwhelming.
