Pros
Great journey and a lot of wonderful accomplishments along the way. This was an absolutely awesome place to work for many years... but then it changed
Cons
Due to loss of business this necessary layoff was unprofessionally handled. A disappointing ending to over two decades of service and hard work: no severance, no personal note, no letter of recommendation - virtually no acknowledgement of a long and distinguished career. This is unfortunately typical now but nonetheless surprising. Take my advice and do not waste your efforts in anything more than basic service to this firm because it will only be taken advantage of.
