Good benefits. Don't have to pay premiums. You have to work temp first before they hire you full-time.

Cons

They have hired managers who have had guilty sexual harassment cases. Then many have been fired for allegedly raping employee(s). You start off as a temporary employee and then a Manager will try to convince you that they can get you fired or hired depending on if you have sex with them. Some of the permanent employees do this to the temps. Sexual harassment goes both ways as far as gender. I've had a supervisor follow me home and walk into my garage before I realized he was following me home. As a temp. they can fire you for anything, so you feel powerless to speak up
