Good pay and flexible work location and hours for the most part

I was expected to perform work with little to no training. The project manager did not reach out to me about invoicing or tracking hours until over a month from onboarding. The rules/expectations were always changing.

With the company being based in India, the working hours were unrealistic. There was also a lot of turnover which made individual roles and responsibilities vague.
