    I have been working at Liberty Mutual Insurance full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    - Treat their employees very well - PAY is great - Benefits are great -Strong/ Stable company - Straight forward expectations -great coaching and support from both supervisors and co-workers (everyone is very willing to help and answer questions) - Majority of the calls are not bad (only a hand full of calls ever need to get escalated or go bad... don't take it personally) - recognition/points you can use to... buy things from their "points for performance" system (if you like the challenges/ contests etc. they like to push out all the time Overall a great job and company if you want predictability/ stability. But it can get boring very quickly ( some have even called it "soul-sucking" at times, the nature of the job. not the company itself)

    Like the title says, its a call center at the end of the day. - Heavy on metrics (and you can get fired for not meeting them) - It becomes routine - a constant reminder of said metrics/ "there's always room from improvement" - CALL CENTER - shady salespeople and cleaning up after their mess (affects our metrics) - other CRCs cutting corners to meet their metrics and you cleaning up their mess as well.... -recognition is always metrics based - its all about the numbers/ no incentive to take the extra minute to actually help the customer. If you do, YOUR numbers take a hit.

    Great company/Company car (Chevrolet Traverse)

    Cons

    Stressful claim load. Even when you take time off they are still assigning you claims so you come back to work even more stressed out. Its almost like being punished for taking time off
