        Pros

        1. Flexibility, so the managers can come to work late or sometimes even absence without any notice. 2. No KPI, which they don't track your daily work; however, you could get fired at any time because without these numbers they could set up any excuse to terminate your contract. This is probably why their turnover rate is high 3. Colleagues are nice, junior level

        Cons

        1. A highly result oriented company but weak in resources. They own a poor and messy data base on both client and candidates as no one would bother to update it. Many consultants came to build the markets even they told you it's a hot desk and gave you a lot of butterfly words to make you join - don't believe in that, not until you build the market by yourself. 2. Poor onsite training. Some managers get to manage a market that they never work before, so don't expect they can teach you market knowledge. Otherwise, you'll be very fraustrated working with them. 3, Unclear instruction but high expectation. You're expecting to achieve many targets, something out of recruitment, but they won't tell you how to do it, or which to do first. They followup with you maybe once a week then expect you can deliver everything. Not even you made 100 calls a month they don't care. Minimum to achieve two deals within 3 months probations otherwise you'll get fired. But actually they could make you leave with any reasons. People are stressed.

          Pros

Autonomy which we are give chance to build a right thing

          Cons

Mangement is weak in some points: - Workflow is not consistent in many locations which employee is confused. - Some manager are quite junior and lack of skills ( expertise & softskills) - result is they only could build a weak team. - Some talents are quiet as they want peace - no judging but wasting - Always looks for workaround solutions but not sustainable
