Pros

Offers a flexible work schedule

Cons

-Leadership fails to treat its employees with respect and expects 60+ hour work weeks while being paid for 40. -The CEO is dating within the company. She is unprofessional, unable to make effective business decisions, and acts based on her emotions and belief in "signs". -This was a business that had potential to be a unicorn of startups. Petty office politics has led to the exit of top performing employees. -Many people have been hired promised a role and budget only to start and realize they were mislead. Three employees have left the company in the past 6 months due to this issue specifically. -This business unfortunately only has 6 months to a year

Pros

Remote work, flexible schedule, except when we're called for a Zoom meeting. The convenience of having a flexible schedule, eating on your desk while working, taking breaks anytime.

Cons

Policies and procedures were unclear, yet management expects one hundred percent compliance. Zoom meetings were a waste of time. Instead of being productive, we all just listen to sermons! Everyone's expected to go beyond and wear different hats at the same time. Multitasking is a must, and that is extremely stressful! The long hours were brutal! Even when we work from home, I feel extremely exhausted. After some time, you realize that what you're doing isn't what you signed up for and instantly regret accepting the job!
