Pros
There are plenty of opportunities to move around and grow here. They really invest in their employees career paths if you're wanting to move up. I like the fact that they do reward hard workers. You have to prove your reason for being promoted. Dead weight employees can't stick around very long.
Cons
The environment can be very competitive because everyone is trying to make sure they're not in that bottom 10% and in that Exceptional Contributor ranking. You have to prove your reason for being promoted.
