The people there are great to work with. The motivation and growth is constantly being evaluated and "how do we do better" is top of mind.

It does feel like there is lack of direction at time. Talk and no action. I wish we could put in a clear path and stick to it for a year, and adjust as needed.

Marketing dept employees were really good to work with.
