Pros
The company really cares about their employees as well as their clients. They produce great products, and fix the issues right away. Management is not afraid to listen to the opinions of the other employees, as they feel that it helps them make a more educated decision.
Cons
A bit of a commute for me, but it is worth the drive for the type of company I get to work with.
