Still shaping and building the company, as the market has evolved and the company has had to respond to those market changes Some roles are not a 9-5, as influencing value based care in the US takes a focused and persistent effort A lot of responsibility is put on middle management, however this translates to growth opportunities

Pros

There are a few good hard working people. They offer remote work. Or if you live in St Louis they have an empty (they are trying to sublease), quiet HQ should you like to go into an empty office and get an 'I am legend' vibe.

Cons

Lumeris is a pre-revenue, process immature org, lacking in documentation, with no dedicated QA, with financial challenges and has a poor track record of selecting good leaders. Company strategy recently changed and it feels like leadership finally figured out loosing a lot of $$$ every year not a good approach.
