Pros

The only pro is that you will gain experience in this field working for them

Cons

They have never paid well to anyone who isn't corporate They treat people under the age of 25 like children They will find a reason to write you when it's time to get a raise so they no longer have to The woman running the company is a clown 🤡 who claims she does not favor her daughter and son inlaw but blatantly favors them and turns a blind eye to every major mistake made by her kids and if you try to report her kids you will be reprimanded they have an insanely high turn over rate due to what they say "no one wants to work" but really they just don't pay adequately they treat their employees like trash You will never get a day off in the summer if you work their they don't approve anything non medical related from may 21st til September You will get get your name tarnished and or slandered by the office staff The company will never not try to find a way to scam you out of milage for driving to and from different cities They will never not try to find a way not have to pay you more If they hire you and you chose to live at one of the properties they have the right to give you a 72 hour notice eviction They promise room to grow for maintenance but they lie there is only 3 higher positions in maintenance tech and all 3 of which are filled This company also does not care about safety or Osha violations This companies upper management also blatantly violates fair housing laws

Growing real fast and needing more employees. Employee pool is limited

Pros

Great group of people to work with. All employees are willing and able to cover for each other at anytime even though each employee performs a very different job.

Cons

CEO does not compensate you for the quality and quantity of work performed. Comp time is given in place of OT pay.
