The dominant sometimes irrational aggressive leadership style of this small company limits the true potential of the organization and resulted in a high turnover of employees.

This is a very fast moving company constantly innovating and changing. I know many companies say this in their values, but here you'll feel it every day. Everyone is collaborating towards the same end vision; to unlock the power of high resolution molecular imaging, to advance medicine research and transform healthcare . It's dynamic and very meaningful. I find it very motivating to know the work we're doing is improving thousands of lives today, and millions in the future! Moreover, business success is shared with the employees through an employee stock ownership program.

Of course, the Pros can also be Cons for some employees if there is not a good cultural fit. Someone who needs a regular routine or struggles with working for a frontline company in a fast changing world will not align well at MILabs. Because the company is pushing the limits of what's possible, and arguably doing things no one in history has done, there are sometimes unforeseen changes. This can be a Pro if one likes challenges; however, if an employee is looking for a very defined role in a routine culture, this may not be a good fit.
