      Pros

      The amount of PTO is good compared to other companies.

      Cons

      Employee morale is at an all-time low in IT. Management announced that bonuses will not be given for the next 2 years. Talent is fleeing IT department. The company is losing large contracts and failing to deliver applications to clients.

      They provde generous time off

      Cons

      Pay was low and work load was unrealistic. I was there over 2 years before they were willing to hire. I was doing the work of 3 ppl. For a Healthcare company their medical benefits were poor.
