    Pros

The company provided good pay and benefits in a relatively stable work environment. Planning at the corporate office is done very well. They manage to maintain a somewhat entrepreneurial atmosphere even though they are a large company.

    Cons

The various divisions do not work well together. Members of upper-middle management (i.e. directors and their peers) are mediocre at best.

    Amazing Internship!

    Pros

Great experience working with the exterior teams. Include you in everything from design meetings with OEMs and suppliers to creating DFMEAs for specific projects. Was able to visit manufacturing plants to see how parts are molded and validated then put on the car at OEM assembly plants.

    Cons

Cannot think of a con for this internship. Did not feel as if I was doing "Intern work" and always felt included on the team.

    Pros

decent pay walking in the door if you're full time and must co workers are cool.

    Cons

ZERO ZERO ZERO training from day one, if a business is run bad look at the top, the management here is below sub par. Supervisors are highly disrespectful, managers cover it up and HR acts as if they don't know what to do. They're is ZERO work life balance, most are on a 19 days in with only 2 days off schedule, one line just moved to 28 and 2 and they wonder why quality, safety, etc takes a nose dive. They'll over work you burn you out figure out how to fire you then replace you, the turnover here is higher than Russell Westbrook in a season of NBA... don't be fooled by the money walking in the door..... you'll regret it.... all executives in front office stick their head in the sand so they can't see the problems, long as those machines are running n they're getting bonus pay, they do not care... but if you need a job I understand but don't say nobody told you this place is full of liars and horrible management
