There are no reasons to work here. Writing Cons in Pros column to show how bad the people working in this company have made it to the employees. Systems are extremely poor, worst culture, zero employee benefits, worst HR policies I have experienced. Please do not join this company. You will regret the decision immediately you join.

Worst Culture, 0 benefits (Actually negative including Corona period where salaries were cut) No timely payments of salaries, forget about incentives, bonuses here. Hierarchy is for a toss here. With the same HR staff and policies continued, company will be closing in a couple of years.
