Pros
Mansfield is an amazing company. I originally heard of it after a friend started working as a Pricing Analyst, and just from what I heard I knew I would someday like to be at a place like Mansfield, one that encourages career growth and has so so many employees that stay for 10, 20, 30 years. The place I worked before was small and had such bad turnover and internal issues, and I was striving just to get somewhere more like Mansfield because of all the benefits I saw through my friend. I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to interview for the ACT Rotation Program and be selected, and was even offered a position to take in the ~3 months gap from when I was offered the job and when the program started. Mansfield is committed to supporting and strengthening their employees, they have amazing benefits and fair pay/opportunities for raises, and most every single person I have met here truly cares about their job, their coworkers, and our customers. They even offer 2 days work from home per week for most if not all positions! I could not be happier to be here!
Cons
I cannot think of a single Mansfield con. Any place with human beings will have mistakes/slip ups/human emotions mixed in, but Mansfield as a whole has an amazing culture, and values their employees and wants to see them shine as that will help Mansfield shine as well.
