Help is non existent you show work ethic your the new pig for their torture. management has no clue what their doing in regards to keeping a respectful workplace. High turnover due to ethnicity. they will praise there company but as soon as a employee to employee problem escalates HR and supervisors blame the victim and let the bully control the roost.
