Pros
Interesting and friendly people especially in sales, marketing and analyst teams. Full fridge, relaxed atmosphere. Interesting industry, you can learn a lot if you are in to IP.
Cons
Poor management style in the European offices (except Domains team in London). Unexperienced people with no leadership and management skills promoted to managers. No development opportunities due to unexperienced managers who just want to "clock in and clock out" and don't need any extra headache. Lack of support from HR too. Low salaries with very little pay rise or not at all.
