      -Explosive business growth given great product market fit -Strong executive leadership with clear strategy & vision -Genuine company culture where employees care about building an amazing company -Top brand customers (Square, Instacart, JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs, Affirm, Klarna etc.) -Talented employees who support each other

      -None beyond the standard growing pains that come with hyper-business growth as a business scales rapidly
