Pros
Company itself has or had good reputation. Valuable resources were available throughout company. Knowledge can develop within shortest time as Marsh likes to employ "la creme de la creme" employees.
Cons
Too many changes. If you do good work, it is very unlikely that it gets recognized or rewarded. Very unhappy surrounding. Chances for promotion or growth with the company are small, and only to happen when you have connections.
