This place is a total mess. Some senior leaders are flat out unprofessional, throwing tantrums in meetings, and they’re untouchable because of politics and nepotism. Leadership changes direction every other day, and the CEO micromanages everything while refusing to hear any constructive feedback. Why even hire experienced professionals if you just want yes men? Operations are pure chaos. Processes change constantly, so we end up redoing the same work over and over. Turnover is insane. Most of the smart, capable people have either left or been forced out, and the ones still here are probably too exhausted from the 12-16 hour days to look for another job. They keep claiming they’re profitable or almost there, but it’s all smoke and mirrors… just cutting costs and laying people off instead of actually innovating or leading effectively. There’s zero respect for personal boundaries or work life balance. Business also has no employee culture. Honestly, the stress here has aged me. Stay far, far away.
