Bonus system is ok when the goals to achieve it aren't set ridiculously high
Cons
This place has gotten so bad over the last few years. Management and supervision is the worst!! Hr is a mess and no seems to have a clue what's going on. They screw up things from your paycheck to fmla paperwork If the CEO(jeff) really knew what goes on out on the floor between supervision and the employees, I'd think he be pretty disappointed. He's a nice guy but i dont really think he knows whats really going on out there. Upper management treats lower employees like they're dumb and just machines, no empathy whatsoever in this company. When I started a long time ago, it wasn't such a bad place. It's now almost unbearable. They lie about no forced overtime. Supervision plays favorites terribly. Short staffed but management continues to try to run like they're fully staffed. Many people have voiced their opinion and nothing ever changes. Have to punch out for breaks which is ridiculous. Very toxic work environment and culture currently. Many current employees are looking for new jobs because of how bad its gotten.
