Pros
It's a job. Joining this company I was very happy. Then I realized it was out of desperation. I realized after joining another company, MedXm has so much to catch up on regarding leadership, incentives, motivation, and managerial presence. They use their employees without reward or chances for advancement, led by inexperienced managers, and in return high turnover is created.
Cons
The pay is ridiculously LOW. Invest in your employees. Hire competent managers that know how to lead instead of playing around with favorites. Why in the word is the turnover so high? Treat employees fairly and reward them.
