I have been an employee here for 2 years and I must say that these past two years have been very rewarding. Hard work has never gone unnoticed. The staff at Medical Management Solutions is quick to welcome you in as family. Help is always offered when needed. I have had the honor of dipping my toes in several departments which has allowed me to learn the ins and outs of medical billing. The CEO of the company has personally had one-on-one meetings with me to simply touch base. She gives ample opportunities for her staff to promote as individuals as well as the company as a whole. Management here is, for lack of a better word, amazing. They work with you and train you to the fullest of their abilities. If they do not know the answer to a question, they will exhaust all outlets in order to get an accurate answer. Performance reviews and employee incentives are given. A brand new company social media site has been launched which allows you to communicate with everyone within the company. It was designed to keep the company tight knit and constantly stay up to date with health carrier alerts. It has done just that! This is the first job I have worked at that I truly feel like I am a part of a team. I am very lucky to work for Medical Management Solutions!
