Supportive residents, but poor administration and low pay - Housekeeping Supervisor Medicalodges Employee Review

Administration is very uncouth and act like he doesn't know what's going on half of the time but he know very well what's going on . They don't care what happens to you or how dedicated you are to the company or the residents. They want to shuffle in and out quickly. Under paid and over work if you get hurt on company time they will integrate you til the cows come home then they deny compensation or you sue . Even then you don't get what your time and dedication is worth.
