Pros
Work life balance compared to other consulting firms. Most colleagues are pleasant to work with. It really depends on your immediate supervisor and whether your experience will be bad, ok, or great.
Cons
Constant double talk, lace of innovation, mid level managers need better training on what it takes to be best in class supervisor. Good pay increases are always hard to get. Continually loosing talent to better opportunities vs making this place the best opportunity for its employees.
