Terrible - Anonymous employee Mercy Community Services Employee Review

Terrible workplace culture, senior management don't understand the business of what they are doing - some only got the job because of connections. No strong systems in place, and absolutely hemorrhaging money with little to show. Some programs will be well-funded, and others will receive nothing. There are so many bad practices going on, and most are unethical. People have been fired an made redundant on whims. This is only the beginning - do not work for this organisation.
