Best company culture in my 30 years + career

MetLife is a 150 year old company with a rich history. Very transparent culture all the way from the top. Employee inputs are actively sought and talent development is number 1 focus. By far the the best place I’ve ever worked and I’ve worked at six other companies previously.
Cons
Not much I can think of.

Pros
- Good base pay and bonus plus regular raises - My direct manager is great: always available, gives feedback and attainable goals, and is honest and up front about advancement opportunities. - Robust internal networks for women such as Lean In. - Flexible work life balance and possibility to be fully remote for some roles. - Nice offices for hybrid employees, larger locations have great cafes and events. - immediately eligible for 401k and after 1 year they contribute to a pension as well (vested after 3 years).
Cons
- Benefits are OK, not amazing. Medical ins could be better - triple option with a HDHP, PPO, and POS, but the PPO and POS are not that great for the higher cost. - Raises are average to low but at least consistent. - Management and WLB are a dice throw - like anywhere in corporate there are more bad managers than good ones. - High turnover in service roles. - Hard to get promoted; have to change roles to make an impact on salary. - hr/employee support is invisible, emphasis on self servicing so it’s hard to get help with payroll issues.
