Pros
My department's entry and mid-level co-workers were a pleasure to work with. I worked well with other departments as well. They offer health insurance but it's a little pricey. You will get a lot of experience but don't expect training.
Cons
Unfortunately, there are a few bad apples in management. They have been working at the company for a long time and often party together. I once asked my field manager how her weekend went just to be nice, and she responded, "Girl, me and (other senior-level staff member) got beep-faced drunk and one of us pooped on the kitchen floor." This type of behavior was very common in my department. Another senior-level employee made fun of an employee who worked in IT because his last name was German. She made a fake mustache with her finger and a salute at the end of a work meeting to mock his German name. One of the managers had an issue with the women in the office and was known for calling us to yell and degrade us. (Yes, I went to HR and they did confirm that I was being harassed in an email). The constant cursing, defamation of current and past co-workers, and lack of concern for employees' safety in the field were just a few reasons I decided to leave. I would not wish this kind of experience on anyone. Please evaluate your staff and take complaints seriously.
