Pros
Great company. Just keep to yourself and don’t stir the pot. Training is one of the best.
Cons
Tough pre-test interview. I have a military background so the written test wasn’t too bad. My advice for anyone thinking of being employed as a pilot is to Study study study and review Part 61,91,135. Even if you are applying for a VFR position know your Instrument procedures for an ILS approach, know what u r to do if you have a radio failure, light signals (ridiculous I know), decipher a RAW Metar/TAFS and know what everything in the Remarks section means, know the difference between DA and DH. It’s only 20-25 questions but if u get below an 80 the interview process is over. It’s also not just multiple choice there’s fill in the blanks too. In my opinion many good pilots are turned away from not getting an 80 with questions that are not pertinent to the position that they are applying too. But that’s the companies purogative.
