Pros

Great people who work hard, fun over-all

Cons

The Main Management has poor skills in communication. No one talks to each other. All pass the buck until it is beyond the point of reasoning. When some one who does more will get terminated faster, than those who do nothing. The crossing of inappropriate relationships between staff cause most conflict. There is no room to grow or gain stability.

Pros

Pays well and is flexible!

Cons

I worked there in high school and while in college. I personally didn't have any cons during that time.

Pros

Great company values and overall community involvement. The resort works with the Joshua's Camp Foundation, which hosts getaways for terminally-ill children and their families. One time we held a surprise parade for all the kids visiting the resort that weekend - it was incredible. Regular (entry-level) employees sometimes got to participate in parades and community events on the clock. There are so many rolls and jobs you can try and cross-training is encouraged. Employee perks are great for a company that mostly hires teenagers and part-time workers. Most of the upper managers are good people and want you to succeed. Frequently sent out employee satisfaction surveys and occasionally held company-wide parties and team meetings.

Cons

Training can sometimes be inconsistent. You will be thrown into the fire and that will determine if you can handle the job or not. Favoritism definitely exists (but where doesn't it?). Safety checks on the attractions could be better.
