      Pros

      Very successful company. I don't even think in last years a single client has left them Technology is partially legacy but is getting streamlined very fast Company feels like home Great people, great summer golf day (Microdea day event) Pay is good Lots of interesting projects Architect is code guru plus has excellent domain knowledge, which makes lives of developers a lot easier

      Cons

      Company is small, so probably not the best place if you are looking for career advancement.

      Lack of clear communication from upper management regarding company direction. Inconsistent policies and procedures led to confusion among staff. Limited opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
