good assignments provided exposure to software development lifecycle and several verticals and accounts.
Cons
Good assignments are in big cities. Had to relocate for projects with only $5K to help with all relocation expenses not enough for family or stability. Unlike big consulting firms they do not pay for travel in all cases. Every project is like being a new hire, there is no connection between them. I had no merit increase for 5 years although my performance met and exceeded expectation. You also need to be indian to think of roles as Delivery Manager, you won't find many who are NOT.
