Pros
Good work life balance. Managers were a mixed bag but that's in every organisation. People are generally helpful and supportive across departments as long as the right management push is engaged.
Cons
Not many options for training if you're a contact staff. Foreigners could at a time expect to reach top management, unfortunately that's no longer the case. Inter department politics was an issue which confirms that some departments enjoy more leverage and autonomy than others which is something the upper management needs to deal with, but they don't seem bothered. Push for Saudi Nationalisation is good as long as it doesn't come at the expense of losing good resources and hiring mediocre ones. The management will learn this lesson in the long run.
