HEAVILY SCRIPTED Managers are very unprofessional. Curse, yell, dismiss and scold you. No opportunity to speak to management for learning, or have constructive conversations. Even with sales, they highlight 1 no sale, and curse you out and yell at you. Punish you by not giving you appointments. Very inefficient when scheduling appts. There is a confirmations center that confirms these appts 3-4 weeks prior to the appt. A lot of no shows New employees get horrendous leads. Cold confirms, not many door knocked opps, and locations are sporadic. Opposite ends of NY. Not transparent in their interviews it’s the opposite. They promise 18appts a week, but you will get 6 appts for the week. 12 of which will be no answer by customer. 2 will be decent leads, and 4 will fail credit.
