An organisation clearly lacking in maturity and leadership. Backend systems and processes are disorganised, inefficient and subject to constant revision in ways that put undue pressure on staff and undermine key outcomes for the institution. Monash is too big to fail, but too poorly organised to achieve their ambitious goals.
