Pros

Worked here back in 2008 for about a year before going off to live on-campus at a university in CT. Never had any issues with coworkers or leadership staff. Expected to process a high number of returns but was a rewarding challenge. The branch manager was really cool at the time, not sure if she's still there.

Cons

None from my time there.

Pros

This job includes a clean desk, adequate lighting, and free pizza twice a year when they want to "thank you" for all of your hard work. Some of the people are nice...some of the products help save lives...and some of the skills are transferable.

Cons

This job has the worst paying compensation plan since I delivered newspapers as a child. And at least then I got a free paper. Management refers to this job as working at the "Ritz Carlton". Well that would be true if you were making a 6 or 7 figure salary with stock options like they are. Maybe they meant "Ritz" crackers since that's about what your pay will look like. Unfortunately, the rest of the people can barely pay their mortgage or afford a car. No worries, the company has supplied a bike rack to assist. If you're lucky enough to make it past your first year, you will soon become a senior member of your team since at least half of it quit while you were in training. No worries again though, management gave everybody a "Payday" candy bar to "thank you" again for your hard work. If you are considering applying or interviewing for this job, you should drive away as fast as possible...just don't runover the 5 people on bicycles who just ended their day there.
