Doesn’t care about staff. Ignore any serious matter and hopes it just goes away. No support. Staff are miserable as they get treated so bad. New staff starting can do what they want.

Flexible hours, holidays, will always take you back if you leave

Poor hourly for the industry, no financial incentive to progress, no pension contributions, high turnover of staff, little or no recognition for long term staff, no paid sick days, gift card given as Christmas bonus that must be used in Mulligans pharmacy with a staff discount of only 10%. It's insulting
