Cons
- All the other comments are fake (written by management) - Worst management. - Fool peoples are the head of management. - Feeling like you are the labor of factory. - Surprising HR policies (may change according to their comfort) - No job security. - Leaves not good enough. - Deduct double for unplanned leaves (emergency) - 50% Salary may deduct from first month salary as a security deposit (never trust on employees). I can write many more points here BUT I don't want to west my time behind such worst people(management). Lastly... You are always work under gun shot. Any time they can fire you without intimation without pay (you just come to office and may have surprise for you that you are fired without giving reason) - when you fired on last day of a month they will not pay for that month they just show you the modified HR policies.
