Pros
Very flexible and lot of learning opportunities. Management is very accommodating in various aspects. Good open door policy and Management is very approachable. Good hike is given in appraisals. Rewards and Recognition program is very good. HR is also very approachable. Also the company expects only good performance and does not justice to teams by communicating exits to Non performers, which is good for employees who are genuinely good workers out in NDS.
Cons
Project Managers can be little more professional and handle communications little confidentially rather then themselves gossiping on the floor .
