Pros
Work from home. For the most part no micromanaging, depends on manager.
Cons
Wow. I don't even know where to start. As a global company with the EU, the employees there get better flexibility with holidays. In the US, you et 4. In EU, they shut down between Christmas and New Years. I was told because EU celebrate Christmas. Yea... Very top heavy company, more leadership people than actual workers. Needless today, workers are doing the job of 3 people. Speaking of management positions, managers were often brought in abruptly, and gone as quickly as they came. For a very small company, I saw more people come and go than there are a total amount of people in the company. During covid, the company remained apolitical, despite our business partners were polarized one way or the other. I was essentially "laid off" because I wasn't an RFK, Jr or Elon sycophant. I basically said we should remain apolitical to not alienate any new potential partners. Not long after that I was treated horribly as if I was a child who needed to be put in the DEI corner. As others said there are no health benefits. I believe this is because this company believes in pseudo science and that "mainstream" medicine is bad. You will not get periodic reviews, and if so you have to beg for a raise.
