Cons
Shattered organization: + Unbalanced quality between teams/departments: there are decent teams/departments and there are some really bad teams/departments. + Little sense of unity: teams don't hang out with each other. + Extreme political environment: lack of culture and work ethic create a very hostile environment between employees, manager often lies to employees and everyone seems to get used to it, no coherence and empathy between different levels of developer so high level employees often abuse lower level fellows in many aspects. + No real indication and measurement of culture & values claims: the company claimed to have sort of transparency, respect,... culture but there is not anything significant to proof its claims. + (Especially) Some Germans are very racist. They ignored and insulted Asian colleagues.
