Some very good staff but the goods ones don’t stick around. A lot of autonomy because management are basically absent which is far better then actually having to deal with any of them.

Horrible management. Don’t listen to their staff especially casuals and will bully and belittle them. Awful mix of extreme incompetence and toxic work culture. They have 0 respect for their staff hence the very high turn over.
