      Pay and benefits are good.

      Cons

      Managers are not the best. Most have been there over 20 years and have worked their way up to management levels. However, some of them can benefit from more training.

      Employee discount, store cleanliness, work structure, mentality. 2-3 leaders are exceptional

      Cons

      Unstable hours, favoritism, leadership not addressing troublemakers in a timely manner and chit chatting with employees, allowing them to slack off in customer service
