- company has a very discriminatory culture , people in US think they rule , they discriminate Indian employees - company Dosent invest in India itc employees , they are trying to cut as much cost as possible - company hired a lot of people and smartly increased notice period to 60 days form 30 days , which is dead wrong , the knew once we are in you can’t do anything - bonus payout is less than what you expect to get around 50 percentage - managers openly tell when you join that you may not get a good hike as the company is not doing well - the directors are very classists - four days work from office - product management team is a night mare - no promotion , you have to apply for a job and give interview like outside candidates - experience won’t match grade , 1 yoe is a SDE 2 and 4 yoe is SDE 2 , pay is also almost same , recruiters are doing a bad job
