Not the worst place to work, but far from best as well! - Technical Trainer NTT DATA Employee Review

You will be stuck in your salary forever! Other employees told me around performance evaluation time that the company does not give pay increases, not even cost of living increases. Didn't believe them until my first review. I had completed my bachelors degree during the year for the evaluation and received NOTHING in a pay increase. Nothing for finishing my degree, nothing for cost of living (being now I have an extra bill of student loans to pay). Those posting on here the pay is great must either be executives or maybe it is their first job. I have never worked a job where there wasn't at least the yearly 2-5% pay increase. WAY too many "managers".
